1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chime Studio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

Chime Studio is a platform that generates React Native mobile applications from natural language descriptions. The generated code is provided as-is and becomes your property upon generation. We do not guarantee that generated applications will be free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the business descriptions, specifications, and other content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your application. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Community Access

Chime Studio is currently focused on open community access for design drafts, app generation, and developer handoff workflows. Some infrastructure safeguards, queues, or access limits may still apply to keep the service reliable for everyone.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chime and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any generated applications. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
