1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: your email address and password when you create an account, the business descriptions and project specifications you enter into Studio, and integration credentials you choose to store (encrypted server-side). We also collect standard usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs to help us improve the Service.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to operate and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails (account confirmations, generation completion notices), and provide customer support. We do not use your business descriptions or generated app specs to train AI models without your explicit consent. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to operate Chime Studio: Firebase (Google) for authentication and database, Stripe for payment processing, and Anthropic or GitHub Copilot for AI generation. Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required for each service to function. We do not share your data with advertisers.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from your account settings. Integration credentials stored in our vault can be cleared from the Studio UI at any point. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.
